From farm to buyer in one verified chain

Every step recorded, every claim verifiable, every document audit-ready.

STEP 1

Register Farms

Register farms with GPS coordinates. Satellite deforestation check runs automatically via Global Forest Watch.

STEP 2

Track Batches

Create crop batches with AI-powered growth stage intelligence for 40+ African export crops. Log harvests with photo evidence.

STEP 3

Collect Sub-lots

Generate QR-tagged collection bags. Field agents capture GPS, photos, and weights at collection point.

STEP 4

Group sub-lots or processed products into shipments with full chain of custody. Track from farm gate to port.

STEP 5

Generate Documents

Download audit-ready compliance documents for any destination market — EUDR DDS, CSDDD, Lacey Act, and more.

The Platform

Everything built for African agricultural export

Satellite Verification

Every registered farm is checked against the UMD Tree Cover Loss dataset via Global Forest Watch. Vegetation health is monitored via Copernicus Sentinel-2 NDVI analysis.

AI Crop Intelligence

Stage-by-stage growing guidance for 40+ African export crops. Pest identification, yield benchmarking, and export grade requirements — grounded in FAO and ICCO data.

GPS-Verified Field Audits

Structured audit programme with GPS check-in, weighted scoring across EUDR, CSDDD, farm management and documentation standards. Auditor GPS location verified against farm registration.

Lot-Level Chain of Custody

Every collection bag is QR-tagged. Photo evidence, GPS coordinates, and weights captured at collection. Public verification page for buyers to scan and verify.

Processing Traceability

Track raw commodities through processing into finished products. Mass balance verification ensures output never exceeds input. Full chain from farm to processed product.

9 Compliance Documents

Auto-generated, data-driven compliance documents for EU, UK, US, Australia and Japan. EUDR DDS, CSDDD, traceability certificates, audit reports, carbon reports.

Use Cases

Built for every stage of the export chain

Whether you aggregate from hundreds of farms or process and ship direct — Vynde gives you the documentation your buyers demand.

Aggregation · West Africa

From 200 registered farms to a verified EU shipment

An export aggregator sources cocoa from 200 registered farms across two states. Each farm has a GPS boundary, GFW satellite check, and field audit on record. Sub-lots are collected via QR-tagged bags with photo evidence. When the EU buyer requests documentation, the EUDR Due Diligence Statement is generated in minutes — covering all 200 farms, their GPS coordinates, satellite results, and chain of custody.

Raw nut to W320 kernel — fully traced

A cashew processor receives raw nuts from 45 registered farms. The processing run is logged with input sub-lots, output W320 kernels, yield percentage, and output photo evidence. The processed product shipment to a US buyer includes the Lacey Act declaration with scientific name, country of harvest, GPS coordinates, and full processing chain documentation.

Single-origin sesame with full traceability

A 50-hectare sesame farm registers their crop batch directly on Vynde. AI crop intelligence tracks growth stages from germination to harvest. Harvest picks are logged with GPS and photo evidence. The batch traceability certificate and carbon report are shared directly with a Japanese buyer — who verifies the public traceability link before placing the order.

About Vynde

Built by people who’ve been on both sides of the export chain

Vynde was founded by people who built and ran agribusinesses in Africa — and experienced firsthand how the absence of verifiable supply chain documentation limits what African producers can charge, which buyers they can access, and how much of the value chain they control.

The regulations are real and accelerating. EUDR came into force in 2023. CSDDD follows. The UK, US, Australia and Japan all have forest risk commodity laws with documentation requirements. African exporters who can’t produce verifiable traceability documentation will lose access to premium buyers — not because their products are inferior, but because they lack the paperwork.

Vynde exists to close that gap. Not just to help African producers participate in global export markets — but to give them the documentation infrastructure to compete on equal terms, command better prices, and build the kind of supply chain relationships that last.
